massage will be around the 100 baht to 400 baht depending on the place. a foot massage is about the same. and oil massage is about a 100baht more so around 300 to 500 baht an hour. massages and get much more expensive when take back to your hotel room around 3500 to 5000 baht for the whole night.
traditional thai massage
this is the one i prefer to spend my money on. when you first walk in you can chose witch massage you want oil, foot. after you chose you are seated down and you will have your feet washed. then you are taken to public room where you receive your massage. you will be in a room with others cause a traditional massage is a open social thing in Thailand.
the oil massage
this is a foreigners favorite massage. you should shower because you will completty naked and just wearing a tow. you will have your own private room of course.
That said, the potential for this massage to evolve into a sex session depends on you, the location and the person giving the massage. In a respectable hotel with you unaroused and the masseuse nervous, it will stay a massage.
In a parlour near a red light district or major tourist area with you in the mood and the masseuse focussed on extra income and you will struggle to resist! ‘Extras’ may or may not be discussed but it is expected that you should tip the masseuse correspondingly and directly for the service she gives. You will be able to shower afterwards to remove the oil, which although good for you, will make you very hot later so best to wash it off.
